The company just dropped two major regulatory filings today regarding structural financing and capital adjustments:
• Debt-for-Equity Swap (8-K Filing): The company executed subscription agreements to issue 17,600,000 common shares at an aggregate value of $55,000.  
• The Catch: $50,000 of this was fulfilled by canceling accrued but unpaid compensation owed to the CEO, Ron Levy. No major cash injection occurred here; it was an optimization to clear short-term liabilities from the balance sheet.
• CEO Insider Buying (Form 4 Filing): CEO Ron Levy reported a massive acquisition of 16,000,000 shares via stock pay under the subscription agreement. This brings his direct total holdings to a staggerinBeta & Correlation: With an estimated Beta exceeding 2.12x, CRCW acts as a highly leveraged, hyper-reactive beta play on the broader crypto market. I don't trust anybody theses days I got an email using the FBI Letterhead that was a fraud with a legitimate supreme Court Judges signature from Africa
about a bank account there. since this I have uncovered Multiply agents working for Legitimate insurance companies that don't have adjusters licenses,
one in particular that has never had an adjuster license and reported a case involved and blamed me affecting my monthly insurance cost.
To hide their identity they only told a legitimate auto body shop their first name.
I have caught several people claiming to be professional engineers using somebodies else Identity.
The worse case involves Walmart which has 1.5 million employee's and multiply times somebody got my new debit card and tried to milk me through Bentonville Arkansas

I do not see where the SEC has paid out anything to shareholders who lost money last year only to universities.

Then Ron keeps filing dilution items given more stock away after putting out PR , he was eliminating debt. The CRCW X site that came out has less than 10 views per day putting out just generic statements .
Really a shame , still nothing from any of the KEY PEOPLE on those filings that have got stock awards, where are THEY!??

$CRCW Dilution all caused by Ron Levy mismanagement and lack of followup . Where are the acquisitions, Holly Ruxin ( not one thing in over a year) and all the other folks, advisors, superstars in the PR's mentioned once and never to be seen again over the past year in Filings. What a shame.
