What I’m reading seems to indicate that Elite is still not prevented from obtaining *tentative approval* from the FDA on the OxyContin ANDA, only that they can’t get final approval until/after 8/24/27. I believe Nasrat also confirmed this last call. Ideally, we see a tentative Oxy approval sometime

In hindsight, most of my APRU takes were proven accurate. Were they "helpful" to anyone? I can hope so, but I have no idea if I actually saved anyone from the idiotic mistake of thinking APRU was a legitimate enterprise.
