100b is possible if they ever apply a BLA to FDA and obtain approval. Try 2026, as I'm sure 2025 won't be the year they apply for it.

If we are naive then explain why management doesn't have BLA submission for FDA? Too busy with all patent application & combo trials which possibly bring revenue far in the distant future compared to L which can generate revenue in the near future.
