If the warrants give you the right to buy at $28, then they have to wait for the price to go higher to make a profit. They first pay $28 for the shares in exchange for the warrant. I would doubt they sell before mid 30's or higher.

Maybe the reason we are getting a PSM update instead of a Flaskworks update is because NWBO spent its scarce resources addressing the evidence problem, not the manufacturing story.
