Interesting point. Would “losing” the $5-10M in cash to purchase the rights affect a potential deal in any meaningful way? My guess is not really… so it’s either *maybe* neutral if an acquisition is on the table, or positive if it isn’t? Definitely a positive if the plan is uplisting.
