Personally, I wouldn't bid on it at all. Let the price drop to .001-.005.

Someone is trying their hardest to hold this stock down. Selling into the bid in small chunks of 5-10k. When someone buys at the ask, they dump into the bid even though it is half the price of the ask. I don't know why.

Some of the shares sales show up here. Every day when the volume is high the shares available to short changes. I do not know too much about this site. Just ran across it.
