Just for the heck of it I took a look at Apple. Adjusted for splits the lowest it ever sold for was below $.04. If you invested in Apple at $.04 the way some of us have in NWBO at $.50 down to less than $.20, would you need anything else if NWBO has the sort of success that Apple has.
