Starting next week is the beginning of the DEA hearing on rescheduling recreational mj to schedule 3. Don't know how it's going to turn out, but it won't affect TRLV's situation that much if it's not approved.

Pretty excited!

The stock hit $50 a few years ago when people thought the government was going to reschedule. We are in a different place now, with medical already rescheduled and listing on the NYSE, upcoming possibility of rescheduling of all other MJ at the DEA hearing and TCNNF net positive. So what could hold the stock back from $50 again? Once the robinhooders and reddit folks get on board they will be fighting institutional investors. There will be a broader base guiding this stock and funds that trade the entire NYSE have to include TRLV. Power On.

FYI, we reached my projected 11 for this month already.

Next week is the shareholder meeting and uplisting on the NYSE. I can't see how this stock goes down with all of the upcoming events. DEA hearing on 29 Jun and subsequent determination by 15 Jul. If there is a favorable ruling (rescheduling all MJ) then Trulieve will take back the Harvest stuff and incorporate it into the financials.

Had my entertainment today watching a podcast dude on YouTube talking about all the chart stuff. You can believe that stuff if you want, but there is no chart that told you TCNNF was going to get listed on the NYSE next week. In fact any chart reading right now is virtually useless. There are too many significant events coming up that charts will not show. And there is no way to correlate it to the S&P 500, so if you are not long and are hoping to time the stock, good luck. Our friend got out right after earnings and if he stayed out he lost almost a 50% run up. That's fine, but don't tell me you have a better idea about what's going to happen. I remain long and strong. Are other cannabis MSOs preparing for uplisting to a US exchange?

Verano is the latest MSO to announce it will execute a stock split in preparation for uplisting to a U.S. stock exchange.
On May 25, Curaleaf Holdings said it’s planning a 1-for-3 reverse stock split to take effect around June 5.
At the time, Curaleaf Chairman and CEO Boris Jordan said rescheduling of medical cannabis has “created a potential pathway toward uplisting to a major U.S. exchange.”

So it appears the major MSO's are thinking uplisting is in the cards.

The company said the changes are intended to enable Trulieve to pursue a NYSE listing. While the U.S. Department of Justice formally moved to reclassify state-licensed medical marijuana as a less dangerous drug earlier this year, companies with mixed-use marijuana businesses are not permitted to list on the NYSE.

It appears to me they are trying to separate out the medical from the non-medical. Since right now only the medical is schedule 3. That could change after the hearing this month and a determination in July. So stay tuned. It does appear that they are trying to get all their ducks in a row and I would anticipate they will be one of the first to file for uplisting once it is approved.

Another article. Trulieve executed a series of agreements to deconsolidate Harvest and separate its mixed-use cannabis operations from its medical business as it prepares an NYSE listing application. The company adopted a new LLC Agreement establishing voting, common, and non-voting units; sold voting units representing a 10% economic interest in Harvest to Whitley Holding 05192026 for approximately $14.8 million; signed a Protection Agreement to safeguard the value of its non-voting units; and entered a cost-plus Management Services Agreement to support Harvest.

Do they have to separate the recreational Harvest stores under the other company and go public with the medical only side?

Looks to me we have a new base. Told ya it wouldn’t hit 6.50 again. IMO With the latest filing it’s pretty clear TCNNF is going to uplist within the next few months.

Welcome to the chaotic stock market. I told you we would be up and down until the Jun 29 hearing and the 15 Jul rescheduling opinion. There is no way to predict this market. The war is settled, the negotiations continue, bombs are falling, no deal on uranium. So as long as we keep getting these signals in the market, we will be up and down. The only things that will drive it higher are the hearings and rescheduling news, moving to the big board, re-domicile in Delaware and A killer earnings report. So we wait and watch. I like AtomicStream66 projections, but I think we have to meet most of these conditions I laid out above, before that happens. I do think the stock is trading way Low, but it is what it is and other people aren't onboard with that yet.

It took a few days but the "Toilet Dwellers" finally got their. Robinhood trading accounts open. Toilet Dwellers are --->people who hate MJ products who are more than happy to spend money buying "high" then selling lower, and/or etc. over and over... No matter what the cost. For the Sol purpose hurting investors who like MJ products

TCNNF stock should eventually be trading for between $200 and $300 per share. Even now TCNNF stock should be trading for between $50 and $100 dollars a share.

Where are we headed this week ? Maybe the robinhooders will push it higher while we wait for the rescheduling hearing at DEA, further tax info, move to Delaware and uplisting possibilities. This should be an exciting few months coming up.
