The Company expects to continue to pay its quarterly dividend and expects this to increase over time, subject to board approval.As part of its previously announced $7.5 billion share repurchase authorization, Kroger executed a $5 billion accelerated share repurchase program and subsequently completed repurchases of the remaining authorization through open market share transactions by the end of fiscal 2025.In December 2025, Kroger's Board of Directors approved an additional $2 billion share repurchase authorization.
