Airline Credit Cards for Customer Satisfaction in the J.D. Power
2024 U.S. Credit Card Customer Satisfaction
Study2. The Premier Credit Card is first for

The Southwest Rapid Rewards Credit Cards issued by Chase earned
the top spots in five study dimensions for its segment. The

Earning. The 2024 study, which was conducted between June 2023 and June
2024, is based on responses from 38,852 credit card
customers.
