Well, I have since sold this stock to get into something a little more exciting. I'll keep my eye on this once in a while though, I am Mr. Moderator after all LOL LOL Oh, the power, Oh, the prestige, Oh, the respect of my peers.... BWHAAAAHAAAHAHAHAHAHA.

Oh what the heck, I vote myself to be moderator.

Not a bad first day! I may buy lot's more when I sell my ERHE, whenever that is.

I am not really into due diligence nor have the inclination to moderate the board so if anybody else wants to step up, that is fine with me.

I saw Joseph Azrack or whoever that was on CNBC this morning saying commercial real estate was the second derivitive to the market as a whole and I knew this guy was smart. Plus, I have been hearing about how real estate debt is way under valued for some time and so put 2 and 2 together and I figure this smart guy is going to know how to shop around and get the good stuff. Bought a few shares and will look to add in the future.
