I went to see the movie HOMESTEAD at my local AMC theater that was practibly sold out for over 1 week. What a disaster? I expected lots of special effects with Nukes blowing up all over the place. All I got was a relationship by a bunch of people living in a commune. What a disappointment. This was no action movie about the effects of the end of the world.
I give it ZERO rotten tomatoes  votes because it sucked the big one. Just like AMC stock does each miserable day.

yep reverse repos shot up to $473 billion with 80 counterparties, all for accounting yearend games.

there is probably a lot of reasons to hammer it at yearend. a big one is the current market value of their short positions look better for yearend statements, plus lower for collateral reasons. i will post the reverse repos here in a little bit but that seems to go up at the end of each quarter to improve cash on quarterly statements.

it wouldn't surprise me to see amc get hammered more at the end of the day.
