The biggest problem is even after the 31 to 1 RS this will be on OTC in no time.It still won't be complaint.Beware of these foreign pump and dump schemes.Good luck and good trading.

Hate to sound negative,but here it is.The RS as previously predicted.The 31 to 1 ratio is the maximum they can do,due to the previous 8 to 1 RS,earlier this year.Companies on the Nasdaq can only do a maximum of 250 to 1 RS's per calendar year.Hope that keeps everyone positive and happy.Good luck and good trading.

With the issuance of over 18 million new shares and the price now under 10 cents.You can probably expect a RS in the next 10 days.This is the new play book of these foreign companies.Issue shares and then RS.Been happening too much lately.RS's are on the rise from foreign entities.Now at a staggering 62000% increase this year compared to last year.Been cautious when investing into these black holes.Good luck and good trading.
