Yes, VIVK was delisted from the Nasdaq to the OTC on Dec 24th,2025 (link below). The company did a reverse split to re-qualify to be re-listed on the Nasdaq, effective today.

Vivakor agrees to sell Oklahoma midstream assets for $36 million

Vivakor Inc. VIVK has signed a non-binding letter of intent to sell its midstream business and transportation assets to Olenox Industries Inc. OLOX for approximately $36 million, according to a company statement.

The transaction involves the sale of CPE Gathering MidCon LLC, which operates the Omega pipeline system in Oklahoma's STACK play. The Omega system provides crude oil gathering, transportation, terminaling and pipeline connection services in the region.

The $36 million transaction will be paid through a combination of cash, promissory note, common stock and preferred stock. The valuation is based on $4.56 million in annual EBITDA under a take-or-pay guarantee from Vivakor.

"This transaction will enable us to further strengthen our balance sheet and focus on our Permian Basin, Crude Oil Supply and Trading and Remediation Processing Centers businesses," said James Ballengee, Vivakor's chairman and chief executive officer.

The Omega system generates fee-based cash flows and provides crude gathering, transportation and terminaling services to producers in the STACK region. The assets include storage and blending facilities and pipeline injection points.

Both companies are working toward definitive agreements with a targeted closing date on or before March 31, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Vivakor operates energy transportation, storage and remediation services with one of the largest oilfield trucking fleets in the continental United States. Olenox Industries is a vertically integrated energy company with operations in oil and gas, energy services and energy technologies across Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma.

The current Market Cap for $VIVK is at $2.2 Mil.

Just based on this deal alone $VIVK PPS should be at at least $0.10. This deal makes $VIVK a potential partner in Olenox since stock and warrants are also offered, thus not loosing interest in the sold assets but benefiting from clean profit.

The stock is very shorted with millions of shares in FTD's since September 12th of 2025, I expect a major short squeeze in the coming days.

$VIVK is a total POS, but I agree with you that at this level it's worth a shot - but it's a total crapshoot. Any tax sellers should be about gone, so the chances for a bounce are pretty good, imo.

#VIVK $VIVK now trading on the OTC but still stuck in limbo, trying to get back to the NASDAQ there's a hearing in January on or about the 29th. At this price for me it's worth a shot it's a lotto play. Do your own due diligence. Consult your financial advisor. I took a position today and I'll hold it till January 29th let's see the outcome,. It might be worth a shot, in my opinion only.

There is still time for delisting until April 2026 if the minimum price is not met. The due diligence and RS actively progressing and good chance for it to continue listing in NASDAQ with recent acquisition in progress.

Friday will be interesting. Might spike to new highs as year end gift
