I am guessing the Germans want to opt out of the merger because of the FET debacle

The FET investment decision was NOT smart after all. I doubt Liberty will have the financial resources to pick up the freefall tab. I hope the other business decisions are more sound than the cryto asset, otherwise this one is doomed. Still no update on Sportstech, it looks like a fish is starting to rot under the table. Sad...

Looks like the Sportstech acquisition is much longer than anticipated. Q4 just started and the deal was supposed to be inked in Q2. Guess there are roadblocks that were not foreseen...

I might stand corrected after all. Based on the FAQ update, it seems like they smartly negotiated a sort of cap and floor for FETs with their lending partner. Now we just have to hope that they are financially reliable, since it appears they had some serious losses in the past. Should this asset part be secure though, the stock is then grossly undevalued if the pending acquisition goes through based on data recently provided.

How is this FTE-USD "investment" of yours doing? Already down to 0.61 from your average 0.70 price, meaning your assets have already lost 8 millions. With the upcoming MTM, it will be ompossible to post any profit in Q4 as announced. And there might be more to come : remember the 34% drop in February??

Yesterday results were irrelevant as the acquisitions were not factored in. Increased 2025 revenue guidance, so we might get a 2-3 bagger in our hands. The only -very- negative in my mind is the FET token position. It will have to be marked to market every quarter and will dramatically increase EPS volatility, especially in the context of crypto being rather expensive, with a potential freefall always possible : I am really not sure it is the kind of asset you want for your treasury
