Made a shit load off the hype glad I sold 200s now we wait for the pull back 

This is the part that I disagree with. Cause this is
essentially forcing overpriced space x shares into
the retail sectors portfolios. This shouldn't happen
until after the lock up periods are over. But of course,
this is to a degree, helping to prop up the share price
so that those holding shares they can't sell yet, protecting
their gains. Just another indicator of that view that the
stock market is a way for the retail sector to enrich wall
street (and the insiders) isn't it.

There is a difference between those that 'do' (put it out there
so to speak) and those that whine about what didn't work

Right now spacxs chart and the trading activity post the sell off
is indicating the ones that can appear to have drawn a battle line
with the goal of holding $150..

Suspect the reason is, IF it breaks below where it essentially started
trading? SOME of those that paid $150 and a heck of alot more on the
ride up to $225, might start to get nervous.

And the last thing they want to happen is for those like the venture capitalists
and even insiders, to see their 'valuation' sliding lower. Especially for those
that know when their lock up period is ending and can't sell till then

Sad because its destroyed the entity called the STOCK MARKET.
It no longer is little more than a PONZI SCHEME thanks to ignoring
things like the fundamentals for setting s companies valuation, corruption
thru the use of algorithms to conduct high speed trading, ignoring violaions
of the rules/regs for things like naked shorting/insider cheating by members of
Congress, and the creation of the 401Ks that just keeps pumping money automatically
into the market that has to be put to work. And its one of the primary reasons the
fundamentals have to be ignored, and valuations now becoming whatever they want
them to be cause this money has to be put to work in something (which is why we have
ETFs, ETNs, ETFS that bet on just one stock to rise or fall, et al).

Yep, its not the market of just 25 years ago thanks to the explosion of computer based
trading, and the resultant explosion of folks working to write software that allows them
to make money with little give a damn about fundamentals. Nope, all about finding a way
to scalp enough off a fast trade.

And spacx is in a way, and the bending of rules/regs to set it up? Is the sum of all of the
worst in a way that the stock market has become.

On Monday, if the Nasdaq falls 1% or more, the SPCX will already close the day below $150.

The $150 value is a value like any other.

But what price did the insiders pay for the shares they own?

Are they now going to sell them on the open market like the others who paid $135 per share?

Why would anyone be willing to pay $135 in the IPO if the insiders paid less?

Why would anyone even buy shares at the current price of $153??????

If you look at the trading chart for the 1st day? You will see
that approx 62 Million shares went off in the first minute of trading.
And after that, $150 seem to be a 'limit' buy point as every time it
dropped, at $150, someone bought (maybe to prop it up??)

Hard to tell tho how many went off at less than $150.. So its not
surprising at the moment, as I have mentioned, it appears $150 is
a price point they don't want to see breached for very long.

And as far how many the insiders own??

IF my numbers are correct, only 4% of the shares have been released into
the market (out of 13 some Billion). One could say the rest are owned by
the 'insiders'.
Now a better question will be, what % of the 96% or so shares they hold now,
with likely some very nice gains on them. Will they continue to hold after their
lock up for them expires.

All I know is, there is going to be the potential for a lot of shares to be sold into the
market in the next several months.
WIth the question being, will the market absorb these shares and be able to hold the
price line in the process, or will the shares sold overwhelm the buyers and result in a
drop n the share price.

Note, I can see them for as long as they can, working to keep the share price high in order
to keep those with shares 'happy' when it comes their trun to sell.

Disclaimer: got out of my PUTs yesterday in the afternoon. Reason, its looking like $150
is going to be fought for, and the time decay is going to accelerate as the July 17 expiration
day approaches. So going to shift into Aug options, but only after it gives me some better guidance
that its ready to move one way or the other. Cause the chart is hinting that the $150 line could be
