On July 16, 2024, 374Water Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s deploying its innovative AirSCWO waste destruction technology to the City of Orlando’s Iron Bridge Water Pollution Control Facility. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
