A stock offering on an .08 stock on the Nasdaq?WTF? I guess they have something up their sleeve to get this above .10 or they wouldn't be buying those shares. Who would buy shares knowing it's getting delisted within 10 days if they don't get their head out of their a--.

I heard they were changing the ticker symbol here. Instead of RIME the new one is REEM

The shares of common stock to be repurchased were originally issued to the Seller on November 21, 2023, pursuant to a certain stock purchase agreement, dated November 20, 2023.

This is getting delisted soon in my opinion.

Hope so... my acct. told me I need more tax write offs.. so I bought another 2 million shares..lol... hope it doesn't jump by eoy..

I think it churns at these levels..08 .09 .10 .11.12 levels for awhile. It was getting pumped hard Thursday Friday and weekend. Now it's quite time for the reload and establish a new base for the next pump to .15 plus.

Be extremely careful watching moon market. His picks are usually flash pump and dumps. He embellishes price targets extremely so he can dump into the liquidity it seems. Says a stock going from .09 to $1 and then it goes up to .14 for a few minutes premarket and he brags like he did everyone a favor and made them a bunch of money when you didn't even have time to get out at .14 or even .13. He said one was a multi day runner and it flash spiked for about 19 seconds and then tanked below his so called buy price and was a pump and dump with his cronies running it up. Complete manipulation from that dude. I been burned so many times by that dude. This was the first video I watched if his in six months and I'm already in the red a day later

Trying to hold .70 for now.. the Company raised approximately $1.4 million in gross proceeds, selling approximately 2.16 million shares of common stock at an average share price of $0.65 per share.
