PRTH extremely undervalued huge, huge discrepancy. This will trade in the teens soon.

PRTH is going to run huge, just needs a little patience, this will all be worth it, 15.....20.....30... is in sight in less than 4-6 weeks.

This is due to run big in the coming days and weeks to reach its appropriate market valuation of 3-4 billion dollars, but we need to get to ONE BILLION valuation first.

This is about to squeeze like ARQQ.

I do defend suttely on ocassion your side too, as stated I have no divs, yet, they increased the share counts, not followed through on web site. etc.. Can not argue those things.

You pump a pink sheet stock with speculation and no verifiable proof as yet of anything... lumb PR's don't count, no matter how exorbitant they sound... and people may actually believe you and use real money, thus lose real money on account of what you say, as slim as that is...
Me - I never build anything up and when I show hunt or lumb or ffgo in a negative light, I can always find links to back it up because there is documented sec reports and lumb's own 8-k's to show what never has been done. I don't need to make anything up. I have speculated on r/s's. But those are easy in the sub penny.
As I've said before, there's nothing I can do to curtail your postings. And I certainly will not use my assistant mod position to do that as that would be a vastly hypocritical. I don't touch anyone's unless unrelated spam. Mod squad does the rest for us, as you noticed.

Priz. Howdy. Did you get those hglc shares yet? Or did you get a few hundred thousand from lumb to pump his stocks? Since I'm a freebie, the searching around Ihub wasn't that easy. But your pattern was easy to pick up. You obviously are more comfortable with metals. So you IR for mostly mining stocks? I don't give a crap if you pay the irp ihub fee or not, makes no diff to me. But I will have the satisfaction of going on what's left of the hunt board after the obvious scam is seen by even the hardiest of longs and calling you out somehow. I will probably give all I have to admin and let them decide then.

I have both in my account the converted PRTH to HGLC shares plus the 50 shares of HGLC that I purchased at $3.00.

The converted shares showed up on Wednesday.

As of today, HGLC is still not showing any volume trading.

Are your HGLC shares posted? And is that because you owned PRTH? I have not recieved any shares from HGLC as of yet. I have noticed very little volume and wonder how that even happened?

HGLC something is going on with the volume today. I put a test buy in for 50 shares at $3 and the order executed but absolutely no volume is showing for the day. So does this mean my broker merely put a marker in my account for 50 shares and then proceeded to take my money?

Did you notice the line about the next "special" dividend? Now ain't that sssssspppecial..... Ya, and how do you like that ratio? They originally give out one per thousand for the three mines and now they give us 1 for 4 and 1 for 10 twice, further diluting the original amounts. Go figure.... There is trading, minimal, at that. I wonder who it is? The price swing is huge?

As I see it, it may very well be to my advantage to keep the lousy shares from the splits and sell my original investment for the loss this year and have another good tax loss next year.. HA HA might actually be a good idea? emm

Oh, after all said and done my take should be per my calculations and records well into 18k coming my way, then split thrice, ughh. Won't even break even at current price let alone when the share price falls from selling.

Is far too busy with the zillions of other "larger" problems in the investment world. And even so, the SEC is about as useless and selfserving an organization as has ever existed. I mean this exactly as I wrote it. They're empowered by noone anyway.

The SEC is completely useless. It literally taks a fiasco of Enrons proportions to even come to the attention of the SEC, much less for some correct and corrective action to take place. Ha! You'll still argument over the existance of naked short selling and (worse than that) the injection of counterfeit shares into "the system" from these people.

This is like an argument of flat vs. spherical Earth.

I know it may sound cynnical, but it's also true. This world is ruled by lawyers and what they get out of "it" is the first and primary question/motivator of all that goes on in political and econonic circles.

Non-lawyers are either running behind them sucking up the scraps of the eggregious excess or standing idly by with a stupid look and an empty sack in hand.

How bad is it? Even the government, who "legally" (sic) forces themselves on us with "rape by taxes" is beholden to the lawyers - and that's even when the lines between laywer and politican aren't blurred.

I am waiting for the last straw to fall on this Camel. Lets hope it doesn't and they breathe some life into it as they have promised for so long now. There is nothing else left to do but wait and see. A last straw doesn't mean this Camel wood be broken though, just may knock the legs out from under me/us so to speak and got my/our (attitude spitting mad) attention!!. A little rest and recouping and then off to a marathon I/we may go if that is the outcome.

The "Camel Club" has been watching these guys I believe and are interested to see their next play, I am sure. It is too bad the boys (sec) up stairs haven't published anything as of yet? Seriously, I've never once said that I thought a company I was watching or (certainly) invested in should be sued over equity issues. But I'm as close as ever to saying it on this one.

I assume that "technically/legally" they have their bases covered and somebody close to them is an attorney. Gotta be the case. Because morally/ethically speaking, the level of (deliberate) misrepresentation is almost beyond believe in it's being so overt.

I made some joke about it in a prior post, this company being so schizophrenic in it's identity, but I realize it's not funny. People have lost serious money here and it's not the ownership who has lost it.

I had to laugh at the nice words!!! We'll I am hosed off well enough that nothing can phase me with these guys. Anyway for what it is worth, most likely if you owned PRTH and made some money, all good to you I hope. I had success with GWGO/GWGD until late 2005 early 2006 and then again in early 2007, only briefly mind you. On a side note if a miracle does come from this, the Plamosa Fault area of AZ has significant potential which includes some of the areas FFGO supposedly has claims in. These knumbskulls suggest they have the mining claims. They suggest it through past websites, emails, news releases, etc.. I found no proof as of yet form Mojave or La Paz Counties in AZ. So in a nut shell your 3000/1 for one split if you didn't have a few hundred millions shares you haven't much at $3.00 - $5.00. Do you? I had 150 ml shares of gwgd when they did the 2000/1 r/s and now it is worth $120 LMAO that I was duped for so long. On a side note the share ratio if it is one to one at $3.00 - $5.00 that is some change based on 10 - 20k shares of just three of the five dividends they (FFGO) say they are given to us historical share holders. Two of the five mining plc companies may go to another "zombie" company down the road, those being the Copperstone and Bouse mining claims. Those are the ones I am more interested in the first place. They would bring hope as historically they have the most potential. This is all speculation of course!!as i have no proof. So, at this point I have no intention of selling may original shares, as if someone finds a slip up (if they haven't already?), I'll want my original shares nice and safe to prove my points when that time arrives, hopefully for all concerned that doesn't happen. I am truly interested in seeing the ratio we get from this out come. As you may know that may come at any moment this week or next? Per FFGO it should be around $3.00+- per share?

This stock was priced sub-sub-penny at pre-split. There's little chance it could become significantly more worthless" tomorrow or any other day. Unless of course you mean the company will go BK.

But even BK the stock isn't much more worthless, and BK is not likely.

Even so, your lack of faith is way more than justified. This may be the crookedest (nice word) buncha managers I've ever had the displeasure of observing.

I notice noone is talking about the lack of trading for hglc. No word on the reason they stopped trading, or could it be they are working on the valuation/ratio for the shares hglc owes to FFGO and historical shareholders from ffgo's gold mining spin offs? I would be watching very closely everyday this week if I were owning it (I will own it when valuation ratio gets done and posted). As, poof your 3000/1 split may become significantly more worthless tommorrow than it is today? Not to be contrary, however, I myself haven't any faith in FFGO's management to date. Sure would be nice for a turn around in that department! I hope you all have a better relations man working for you than what I've seen so far from our side of the trade..

Lots of bashers on the FFGO board. I think both these companies are real and GOOD investments at these prices.

From what I'm seeing, this one is getting some of the assets that FFGO has(the gold mining assets) I've also read on the FFGO board that Lumb was talking of PRTH will have a RS? Now, it doesn't make sense to me that PRTH has retired over 300M shares to have a RS, of course who knows with these companies....still doing some dd on this one:)
