MELBOURNE, Australia, June 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Propanc Biopharma, Inc. (Nasdaq: PPCB) (“Propanc” or the “Company”), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel treatments for chronic diseases, including recurrent and metastatic cancer, today announced it has approved a share repurchase program authorizing the Company to repurchase up to $5.0 million of its common stock.

I need help understanding; you posted a link below which shown AMAZING date from this company. On the flip side, everyone on this site says it's a scam company with 1 owner and nothing going on. I see the 1 owner, I've been on their site and see the potential. How could there be such a wide difference of opinion? I bought a chunk at $3.25, and I'm starting to think it will never get back up there to break even. ppcb acting like it wants to run. watching.

Tiny float, newly uplisted to Nasdaq, $4 million cash raise, groundbreaking new EMT modulator that has demonstrated new way to treat cancer effectively and with no adverse side effects, 67 million shares traded the first day, price was up as high as $9. This could be a huge runner right now.

I have been watching/investing in PPCB for years (ever since PPCH days)..... I bought in Friday again and sold some yesterday and the rest today. PPCB has its nice runs here and there but has always went back down (I finally caught one run). Now that PPCB is on Nasdaq it has more attention and more money flowing through it.

If the First in Human trials ever start and dilution stays at a minimum I think PPCB has a shot of actually sustaining their gains. PPCB just did an offering which raised almost $4 million so that will keep dilution to a minimum for the time being. If trials go well PPCB has the potential for massive price upside.

Their history on the OTC is bad, but hopefully this uplisting will change that. It was reverse split after reverse split on the OTC. I do expect to get back in and I am not sure at what PPS or when..... I will hold longer than a few days next time for sure.

Why is it that some stocks go up when they create new shares which is dilution and others go down when they dilute? Nothing makes sense. Guess this is another trap that will crash today when all the club members sell. Remember if you are not in the club, you will always lose your $$$.

Almost the entire Outstanding Share count traded Pre-Market and PPCB is up almost 100%..... Im glad I got my little amount of shares Friday!

FUNYMUNY - I lost millions of shares of PPCB in reverse splits just like you and all the rest of us. This is all part of the risk we investors take every day. A very large percentage of microcap stocks RS their shares just like PPCB did. That is what happened in the past for the company to stay alive. Investing in a stock is all about the future and what you think it is going to be. IM this is the first time PPCB is financing with bankers instead of toxic lenders. See the SI filings. This will advance the company to clinical trials where, if successful, (and previous trial was very promising), the share price could explode to very large numbers. There are very few shares out. PPCB has over 80 patents. PPCB has raised over $23 million. This upcoming funding should provide the money to complete a trial that if successful, the price will soar. I could be wrong, but I believe PPCB is positioned to surprise big on the upside.

If this is so great...why has it succeeded in gobbling up a bunch of my cash and leaving me with 10 shares? This seems too good to be true...so it probably is. They have RS's me into oblivion. Buyer beware!
