I think that the celestial issue has to end in a court room. Clear they (celestial) wanted to get rid of poet but the stick of NDA to beat Poet seems to me unfair! The only CFO’s word I didn’t like was intentional. ‘Intentional to order’ seems to me not done deal!

So Marvell acquired Celestial AI February 2, 2026. Sounds like on April 21,2026 CFO Thomas Mika disclosed during a stocktwits interview that POET had secured orders linked to Marvell Technology.

Share price and volume since 2 days before said leak up until today.

Friday April 17th volume was under 10 million closed at $7.26
The day before said breach April 20th the close was $8.58 volume was 45 million
April 21 close was $10.25 volume was 59 million
April 24th closed at $15.10 volume was 77 million

I'm not sure this bump is exactly related to the CFO stocktwits leak.

Great for trading. The big guns from Agora are obviously hiding ( Fairfart ) for one, as piss poor earning report arrives ( after hours) and piss poor 2026 predictions. Hopefully back to $5 or maybe a dip under especially if Trump does something silly tomorrow or the rest of the week. And now we know why no news because there is no news
