GLTA still holding thru the 3 reverse splits with RXMD and NXPL. Curious what the breakout even PPS is for some of ya'll?

I suspect it has to be a PPS that is unachievable by NXPLs current  revenue/income streams.

Somewhere in the  neighborhood of $48 would have been the magic number if I held my shares thru that mess left behind by Fernandez for Phipps to clean up.

I know legal cases can drag on, but with Fernandez having passed on, I am wondering if this matter is quickly closed out?

Kahn v. Tremont Corp and cases like it should seal the deal on the lawsuit against Fernandez and the corrupt boards of RXMD & NXPL.

Kahn v. Tremont Corp. serves as a stark reminder in corporate law that merely "checking the box" by appointing a Special Committee is not enough to protect a controlling shareholder from liability. To benefit from burden-shifting, the committee must be entirely disinterested, fully empowered to say no, and proactively engaged in an arms-length negotiation process.

It's more than obvious that there was no arm's length negotiation between NXPL & RXMD.

Board of Directors of both companies were obviously trying to get a good deal for Fernandez, screwing shareholders of RXMD in the process. Should be a win for RXMD shareholders in the lawsuit.

Btw - anyone who used to be invested in RXMD and still holding shares? I believe the value of those RXMD shares is just over half a cent (yes, sub-penny). Beyond pathetic.

Hopefully this keeps heading north. It would be nice to have a stock go the right way. and I agree it has a long way to go.

Well my friends after living through this nightmare for many years with originally millions of shares I finally sucked it up and sold out of all today. There are simply too many other stocks with the potential to go up 5x to 10x like hive, keel, slnh, etc that I decided to take what I have left from here and try to use it to start recouping the massive loss. After seeing the last few quarters here it looks apparent I will never see $55 or it will be a very long time away. Now that I sold watch it run like the wind.

Big move up going on. Hope it holds.

What's the status on the lawsuit. I want to get back on a Harley and need some damn money.

Apparently these selling shareholders have accumulated these shares from 2019 to 2023. Could their shares be exempt from the last RS. I haven’t read the entire S-3.

I have nearly 10x that amount from when some panic sold thinking an RS was coming, tanking the share price. When I discovered the connection to blockchain, the self made man CEO (unlike Fernandez who was handed homes by wealth friends) and other DD about the reverse merger and threw my chips on the table to see what happens.

It's a somewhat of lottery play, but I'm ok with the risk and amount stashed here.
