Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

The abstract of the results of NovoCure Limited's ("Novocure") METIS phase 3 clinical trial in brain metastases from non-small cell lung cancer to be presented at the 2024 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting in Chicago will be made available on the ASCO website as a regular abstract on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 5:00 PM (EDT). The METIS data will be presented on June 3, 2024, at 10:24 AM (CDT), during ASCO’s Central Nervous System Tumors session.
