This is a relocation of the Bank's existing Manhattan branch located on Irving Place. The announcement was made by John R. Buran, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Buran stated: "We are excited to be a part of the Union Square community. This premier location is in one of Manhattan's most historically rich neighborhoods. Flushing Bank's Park Avenue South branch will be offering special promotions and giveaways during the months of October and November.
