What amazes me and proves manipulation is the recent financials release. They blew away EPS and yet the stock does not move. It was not even close to the estimate ! Who cares if the "street" revenue did not quite make it. Who controls all this bullchit is my question ? Something is very wrong here.

Under a prior agreement reached in December 2023, Sentynl Therapeutics assumed full responsibility for development and commercialization of the therapy. The PRV was subsequently transferred to Cyprium, enabling the company to pursue the sale.In addition to proceeds from the transaction, Cyprium remains eligible to receive tiered royalties on global net sales of ZYCUBO as well as up to $129 million in potential development and sales milestone payments from Sentynl. That's what I mean. It's a rigged system and we are not in the club. Thank you for your expertise on this subject. Just like I watched a chinese stock with a boileroom operation and fake financials go from $3.00 to $500 per share within 6 months time. Only friends and family of the club made tons of money $$$. This stock as well as others are incessantly shorted non stop. It's criminal and needs to end. God Bless.

Not only the earnings  - but here is a company with a market cap of like $82M - and it has $87M in cash and $65M more assets than liabilities. Typically, unless major loses are expected or a ridiculous burn rate anticipated, stocks trade AT LEAST at 3x cash and even more to book.   
With a profitable quarter and a book value of $65M, the stock should be trading somewhere between $5-$7 based on nothing else - all of the potential income from treatments and royalties would just be additive to that number and they aren't being factored in AT ALL.
This stock is 100% undervalued at the moment AT LEAST.  We should be much, much higher than $2.60.  JMHO, GL2A.

ANOTHER PROOF the market is RIG-GED. FBIO has an $0.11 EPS which BEAT the "market predictors" loss of $0.43 EPS. YET the stock does NOTHING to explode up ! Someone or many ones are preventing this stock from rising. Same as they are short-ing both DJT & AREB stock down non-stop. When is this market going to be relieved of CORRUPTION ? When folks ? I have much proof for the hopefully class action against the SEC for allowing this corruption !

Enough to get it to $14-$27 pps. Then it can take off afterwards. Remember RGC that chyna scam that ran for no good reason except manufactured hysteria.... well FBIO has real potential and not chyna fabrications.

Day traders and short sellers are scum of the earth and always will be. They do nothing but flip for a fast buck or hope that companies fail. I guarantee their marriages fail too. These are shallow surface and fake materialistic losers. Oh and I padded my previous holdings so I am grateful with another 103 shares..

LOVE IT when shorters get bankrupted. They are all criminals at heart. I wish them all destitution. Just like they did to me years ago. Earnings almost double what market "predicted". LOL The losers on this forum who steal $$$ from others can't manipulate this stock like they do to many others. Increasing revenues. Uptrend is holding nicely. They beat expectations and once Sun Pharma closes the deal this share price will be a gift. The royalties will just be gravy to Fortress moving forward. Another RGC in the making.

Once the CKPT deal closes, SP should rise. It's a solid company. Analysts have raised their SP forecast from $15 to $21 pps recently for FBIO. You can even see slow accumulation lately. Someone is buying little by little.

I did not even sell this stock at $4, it is an $8 stock easy. But I expect it to go much higher since the FDA approval.

Trying to figure out the value of CKPT to FBIO.
FBIO owns approximately 6.95 million shares of CKPT. At $4.10 (the takeover price by Sun),
I see over $28.5 million dollars in value, with another $4.8 million if the first milestone is met. And there
are only 27.6 million FBIO shares outstanding.
When will that be reflected in the share price of FBIO? IMO. we should be trading over $2.50 now.
