I don' t think we'll know for sure if GS can get this SEC Reporting or not until he actually tries again with a new Form 10. Can only search for answers so much but there are those who say he can not because of the missing financials from 2008-2013 (and having to do with the "Balance Sheet"):

Nobody is buying shares as a reverse split is expected. They will not be able to reach $ 1.00 a share based on fundamentals. As we know reverse splits are not good for shareholders. All we can do is hope for the best and expect the worst.

I imagine price will be way too high. Elite's ADT was a concern to Nasrat several years ago due to it not being able to compete on price vs traditional opioids.
