Management and the board of directors are beyond useless imo, and need to resign.

release their FINAL (not sure if there will be an interim readout between now and then) PH 3

SHOR - TING is the whole cause of this and it needs to be outlawed once and for all. Yes, constant and aggressive shor - ting can contribute to a company going out of business. While short selling itself doesn't directly alter a company’s operations, it can trigger a "death spiral" by driving down the stock price, eroding investor confidence, damaging reputation, and making it difficult to raise capital, ultimately leading to bankruptcy.
