AquaBounty Technologies, Inc. is a land-based aquaculture company. The Company provides fresh Atlantic salmon to nearby markets by raising its fish in monitored land-based fish farms. The Company’s land-based Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) farms are designed to prevent disease and include multiple levels of fish containment to protect wild fish populations. RAS facilities provide water treatment technology, including the use of ozone, salt treatment and ultraviolet radiation to kill potential bacterial, fungal, or viral pathogens, which might enter the system. Its GE Atlantic salmon is based upon salmon genetics and grows to harvest size faster than conventional Atlantic salmon. The Company is vertically integrated and maintains its own broodstock hatchery, which produces the eggs that it grows-out to harvest size in its production farms. It operates two salmon farms: a 1,200 metric ton production grow-out farm in Indiana and a broodstock farm on Prince Edward Island, Canada.

If the Ohio plant get contaminated it could bankrupt them.

If you compare SHMP, AQB and GRPS, it is clear which one wins and they are all in the same aquaculture business. The future of aquaculture and sustainability is genetics and not technology and GRPS which is now Trans American Aquaculture is a genetics play with an 1800 acre piece of property

How does a retail-outsider compete with such overt PROMISCUITY???

Unlike the scam SHMP, AQB has over $200 MILLION in assets and about $500,000 in quarterly revenue…

AQB has revenue, unlike SHMP that has yet to sell a single commercially viable SHMP in over 21+ years.

SHMP doesn’t own their RAS technology, Hydrenesis does…

AQB does not have DelCrappo in their organization and it does look like they turn to GHS dilution to keep their lights on.

AQB doesn’t lie to their shareholders…

Ultimate capacity is huge. They are planning a big farm in Kentucky. I am waiting for how much revenue they can expect per pound harvested. Also how many and how much they expect to harvest in existing locations. They have three existing locations.
