The Company was today notified that on 16 August 2007 Pennygold Trading Supplies
("Pennygold") disposed of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each
("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. Following the disposal Pennygold has an
interest in 11,757,266 Ordinary Shares representing 6.82 per cent. of the
Company's share capital.
