Conversion of shares

The Company has received Conversion Notices in respect of the 31 March 2011 Conversion Calculation Date from shareholders as follows:

Total number of shares converting from Euro to Sterling 237,310

Total number of shares converting from US Dollar to Sterling 341,136

The net asset values per share of the Sterling Shares, Euro Shares and US Dollar Shares as at 31 March 2011 were:

Sterling Shares GBP1.4387 per share

Euro Shares EUR1.3077 per share

US Dollar Shares $1.2086 per share

The following conversion ratios were used:

0.80470 Sterling share for each Euro share

0.52410 Sterling share for each US Dollar share

The following foreign exchange rates as at 31 March 2011 were used:

USD / GBP 1.60295

USD / EUR 1.41910

EUR / GBP 1.12955

Shareholder CREST accounts for those shareholders for whom Conversion Notices have been received will be credited with new shares on 12 May 2011.

The Company has made an application to admit 369,750 Sterling shares to the official list of the UK Listing Authority and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange, and to trading on the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.

Following issue and cancellation of the relevant shares, the total number of shares in issue and voting rights in each class will be as follows:

- 128,007,955 Sterling Shares

- 2,102,608 Euro Shares

- 10,948,265 US Dollar Shares

The total of these figures (141,058,828) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
