The Directors of Triple Point VCT plc are pleased to announce that on 4 April
2006 the Company allotted 13,071,137 'C' shares of 5p each pursuant to the Offer
for Subscription of up to 35,000,000 'C' Shares of 5 pence each dated 26 October
2005.  13,071,137 'C' shares were issued at a price of #1 per share.
Application has been made for their admission to the Official List.

Following the allotment the capital of the Company now comprises 3,324,964
Ordinary Shares of 1p each and 23,746,724 'C' shares of 5p each.
