Tianshan Goldfields Limited ("the Company") confirms that on 29 January 2008 it
was notified that on 4 January 2008, FMR LLC disposed of 429,000 ordinary shares
of no par value in the share capital of the Company (each an "Ordinary Share").



FMR LLC now holds 12,072,400 Ordinary Shares (a holding of 4.94% of the issued
Ordinary Shares).
