Appointment of Remuneration Committee Chairman

Secure Trust Bank PLC ("STB") confirms, further to its announcement on 24 October 2024, that regulatory approval has been received for the appointment of Julie Hopes as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 31 December 2024. It is therefore confirmed that Victoria Stewart will step down as a director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2024.
