(the "Relevant Series")

Leverage Shares plc (the "Issuer") hereby gives notice that the temporary suspension of the Relevant Series has been lifted and in turn trading of the Relevant Series on the London Stock Exchange resumed with effect from 7.30am (London time) on 24 October 2024.

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Master Definitions Schedule in relation to the Programme dated 17 July 2024.
