Reminder of Warrant Conversion Opportunity 
 
 
Quorum Oil and Gas Technology Fund Limited (LSE:QOGT), a registered closed-ended 
 Guernsey investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange, announces that 
a letter has today been posted to warrantholders detailing the procedure for the 
exercise of subscription rights. 
 
 
Warrantholders are reminded that, in accordance with the terms and conditions of 
the Warrants, the right to subscribe for Participating Redeemable Preference 
Shares (the "Shares") will be exercisable on 1 April 2009.Each Warrant carries 
the right to subscribe ("Subscription Rights") for one Share in cash at the 
price per Share of US$10 (the "Conversion Price"), payable in full on 
subscription. 
 
 
Holders of Warrants wishing to exercise their right to subscribe for Shares on 1 
April 2009 must send the appropriate documents, together with the remittance, to 
Ogier Fund Administration (Guernsey) Limited, Ogier House, St Julian's Avenue, 
St. Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA, so as to arrive at any time from and including 
2 March 2009 but in any event to arrive not later than 3.30 p.m. on 1 April 
2009. 
 
 
Holders of Warrants who do not exercise their Subscription Right on 1 April 2009 
will have the right to do so on 1 April 2010, on the same terms as stated in the 
letter posted to warrantholders today.
