The Pebble Group, a leading provider of digital
commerce, products and related services to the global promotional
products industry, announces the exercise of 40,131
nil cost options ("Options") and the vesting of 44,233 Conditional
Share Awards under the Pebble Group plc Long Term
Incentive Plan ("LTIP") on 10 June 2024.
Included in the participants of the Conditional
Share Awards vesting was a PDMR who, concurrent with the vesting,
also sold 5,676 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares").

The exercise of nil cost Options and the
vesting of Conditional Share Awards under the LTIP, including by
one Group PDMR, has been satisfied through the allocation of
existing Ordinary Shares held by The Pebble Group Employee Benefit
Trust ("EBT"). As such, no new Ordinary Shares have been issued in
connection with the Option exercises or the Conditional Share
Awards.
Following settlement
of these transactions, the EBT will hold a total of 266,880
Ordinary Shares representing 0.16 per cent of the Group's total
voting rights.

below, provided in accordance with the requirements of the UK
Market Abuse Regulation, provide further details.
