ParOS, (ticker `PARO') the AIM-listed control technology spin-out company from
Imperial College, London, today announces that Dr Tara Lindstedt has resigned
as a director of the Company with immediate effect. 

Dr Lindstedt is re-locating to California, USA but the Company intends to
retain Dr Lindstedt as a consultant.

The board wishes to thank Dr Lindstedt for her valued contribution during
ParOS's early development.
