    OXONICA PLC (the "Company")

    Additional Listing

    Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a listing of 15,999 new ordinary shares of 1p each in Oxonica plc to be
admitted to trading on AIM.

    These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue have been allotted pursuant to an exercise of options
under the rules of the Plus Scheme.

    It is expected that the shares will be admitted to AIM on 3 October 2008.
