Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Relevant Series that the deadline for receipt of voting instructions with respect to the adjourned ETP Securityholder meetings for each of the Relevant Series to be held on 13 December 2022, will be extended until 12 noon Irish time on Monday, December 12(th) .
