                               Additional Listing


Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange ("AIM") for the admission to trading of 88,333 ordinary shares of
5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares are being
issued pursuant to the exercise of options and rank pari passu with the
Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Dealings on AIM are expected to commence on
2 March 2004.
