AGM Statement
Netcall plc (AIM: NET), a leading provider of end-to-end
customer engagement software solutions, will be holding its Annual
General Meeting in London at 10.30am today. At the meeting Michael
Jackson, Chairman of the Company, will make the following
statement:
"Netcall has continued to trade in line with expectations in the
first part of the year, with sales orders being significantly ahead
of this time last year, resulting from both new customer wins and
the cross-sale of the enlarged product set into our existing
customers.
"New customers include some of the UK's leading private sector
organisations, as well as several Police Forces, Local Authorities
and NHS Trusts.
"The Company's cash position increased to GBP6.87m at 31 October
2011 from GBP5.89m at the year end.
"While the Board continues to be mindful of the economic
climate, the increased scale and efficiency of the business
combined with a strong and growing pipeline means we remain
confident in achieving a successful outcome for the year."
