                               Additional Listing

Following the placing of 20,240,000 ordinary shares at 5p per share announced on
16 July 2002, at the request of the Company's broker Seymour Pierce Limited,
Netcall plc has agreed to the placing of a further 200,000 ordinary shares with
clients of Seymour Pierce, at the same price.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market and dealings are expected to commence on 9 August
2002.
