The Directors confirm:

·           Unaudited net asset value (NAV)¹ of 51.31p per Ordinary Share as at 30 November 2024, compared to 53.01p per Ordinary Share as at 31 August 2024 prior to the payment of the 2024 interim dividend of 1.00p per Ordinary Share on 6 September 2024; and

·           NAV total return² of 152.03p per Ordinary Share as at 30 November 2024, compared to 152.73p per Ordinary Shares as at 31 August 2024.

¹The NAV as at 30 November 2024 is unaudited, reflects the closing bid price of quoted securities as at that date. Investments in unlisted companies are normally valued on a six monthly basis and the NAV incorporates the Directors' valuation of unlisted investments as at 30 November 2024, adjusted for subsequent events where appropriate. There have been no material changes in the valuations of any of the unlisted investments during the period from 30 November 2024 to the date of this announcement.

²NAV total return is the sum of NAV per Ordinary Share and dividends paid per Ordinary Share since launch.
