ITG was today notified that Mr Anton Bilton, a non-executive director of the
company, sold 50,000 ordinary shares in the company (0.11% of the issued share
capital) at a price of 160p per share on 2 February 1999.  Mr Bilton remains
interested in 25,000 ordinary shares (0.06% of the issued share capital).
