ITG has been notified that Mountcashel PLC today bought 225,000 ordinary 
shares in ITG at a price of 90p per share and a further 100,000 ordinary 
shares at a price of 91p per share, representing in aggregate approximately 
0.78% of the issued share capital, and is now interested in 775,000 ordinary 
shares, representing approximately 1.86% of the issued share capital.  Mr 
Oliver Vaughan, a non-executive director of ITG, has an interest in 
Mountcashel PLC.  Mr Vaughan is interested in a further 1,074,560 ordinary 
shares, representing approximately 2.58% of the issued share capital.
