Exercise of Options 
 
 
Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 2,235,000 
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary 
Shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of share options by directors 
and employees of the company. As part of this process, Phillip Blundell, Chief 
Executive, has exercised 1,250,000 options at a price of 3.75p per share and 
Jerry Mulle, Sales and Marketing Director, has exercised 700,000 shares at a 
price of 3.75p. After the exercise of the options Phillip Blundell, will have 
1,950,000 ordinary shares in the company and Jerry Mulle will have 750,000 
ordinary shares. 
 
 
Dealings are expected to commence on 29th June 2009. The Ordinary Shares will, 
on admission to AIM, rank pari passu with and will be identical in all respects 
to, the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. 
 
 
Following the exercise of options above, the enlarged issued share capital of 
the Company now consists of 166,817,365 Ordinary Shares.
