COMPLETION OF DELISTING OF SHARES FROM THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

Further to the announcement made on June 19, 2024, General Electric Company (operating as GE Aerospace, the "Company") announces today that (i) the listing of the Company's ordinary shares (ISIN US3696043013) ("Shares") on the standard listing segment of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority, and (ii) the admission to trading of the Shares on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange, have now been cancelled with effect from 8:00 a.m. (British Summer Time) today, July 18, 2024.

The Company continues to maintain the primary listing of its Shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
