Following the Company's publication
of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024,
the Company announces that the notice of its 2024 Annual General
Meeting (the "AGM"),
which incorporates a Rule 9 waiver circular (the "Notice of AGM"), and form of proxy have
today been made available to download from the Company's website
at www.fsg-investors.com.
A Notice of Availability of the Notice of AGM and form of proxy
will be posted to shareholders shortly.

Copies of the Notice of AGM and the
form of proxy will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism
shortly, whereupon they will be available for inspection
