Conversion Rate for 2024 Interim Dividend

Further to the release of the results of Fresnillo plc (the "Company") for the six months ended 30 June 2024 on 30 July 2024, the directors of the Company have determined that the exchange rate applicable to the 2024 interim dividend is 1.2784 US$/GB£. The sterling equivalent of the final dividend of 6.40 US cents per share announced on 30 July will therefore be 5.0063 pence per share.

The interim dividend will be paid on 17 September 2024 to shareholders on the register on 9 August 2024.
