Coolabi plc (the "Company")

Conversion of Convertible Loan Notes

The Company announces that Edge Performance VCT plc ("Edge") served notice of its conversion in respect of its remaining GBP56,212 of Convertible Loan Notes on 5 December 2011. Given the conversion price of 6.75p per share, the Company is issuing 832,770 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") to Edge as a result of the conversion.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for 832,770 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will occur on 9 December 2011. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.
